No. Pay for what you use, when you use it. We do not lock patients into recurring fees. Most long-term patients see us 3 to 4 times a year for maintenance after the initial 90-day workup.
The panel is part of the workup, not a separate product. Running 100+ markers without a 60-minute interpretation visit is a recipe for confusion. The whole point is the workup, not the data dump.
