Meet your care team

Two providers. Same provider every visit.

A small physician-led team that actually knows you. Same MD or NP every appointment, no rotating residents, no PA hand-offs, no being passed around.

How we built the team

Small on purpose.

We do not scale by adding chairs. We scale by keeping our patient panel small enough that the same provider stays your provider.

01

Same provider every visit

No rotating residents, no PA hand-offs, no being asked “have we met before?” The provider who took your intake is the provider who reads your labs and adjusts your plan.

02

Capped patient panel

Each provider carries a panel cap, intentionally. When we are at capacity we open a waitlist rather than spread our team thin.

03

Provider time is the product

Not throughput, not visit volume. We measure ourselves on patient outcomes and on how many minutes each provider has to actually think about your case.
